Our insights come from having worked on both sides of a business. We’ve worked for automotive firms in our fields of expertise. As consultants, we are able to lend a fresh perspective, and a different way of looking at the business. Therefore, we understand how value is created. Founder & President

  • Scot Eisenfelder has driven innovation across multiple auto sectors.
  • Auto Retail: Scot was Senior Vice President Strategy at AutoNation, responsible for major change initiatives in eCommerce, pricing, IT and creating a blueprint for auto retail transformation. He was also acting CMO focused on realigning marketing spending.
  • Dealer Solutions: Scot led JM Family’s dealer software business and was Senior Vice President, Product Management, Strategy and Marketing at Reynolds and Reynolds leading both companies through value creating sales. Scot is a Board member of Quorum, a public dealer software company.
  • Consulting: Scot led J.D. Power’s Retail practice and was a partner in Accenture’s Automotive and Industrial Equipment practice focused on solving sales, marketing and distribution issues. Scot started his auto consulting career at Booz Allen. Scot has an MBA from Wharton School, graduating with distinction and a Palmer Scholar. He attended Mannheim University in Germany as a Fulbright Scholar. Scot graduated summa cum laude in Economics from Princeton.

Senior Manager

  • Phil is an experienced automotive professional with broad experience creating strategy, driving process improvement, analyzing data, and leveraging technology at the retail and OEM level.
  • Phil currently works with automotive retailers and solution providers to improve strategy and execution on a range of initiatives, with particular focus on the effective development and deployment of technology.
  • He was previously Manager of New Vehicle Inventory and Pricing at AutoNation. He was responsible for over $5 billion in annual new vehicle purchases and managed the design, build, launch, and roll out of software to optimize new vehicle pricing. Prior to that, he developed and deployed centralized used vehicle inventory purchasing at AutoNation.
  • Phil also held positions with J.D. Power & Associates, Reynolds & Reynolds, J.M. Family Enterprises, and DealerTrack, where he focused on consulting, strategy, marketing, and operations. He has also worked at automotive dealerships in sales and service. Phil received his Bachelors of Business Management and Automotive Marketing from Northwood University.
